Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit Software Tools

The Cognitive Neuroimaging Unit at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis develops various tools for processing PET images. Most of these tools are written in C++ compiled with GNUGCC version 2.5.8 and libg++ version 2.5.3 on a Sun SPARC Station with SunOS 4.1.4. It is intended that these tools be made available for downloading via ftp but currently only the manual pages are available online. Any interested parties please contact Joel T. Lee.

Our brain imaging data display tool iiV is now available.

We are developing an interactive PET comparison tool utilizing iiV and an Oracle® database of PET images. Browse cnudb for more info.
